Duke Commit Breaks NBA Player’s Scoring Record

Duke commit Jayson Tatum broke his mentor Brad Beal’s school scoring record in Chaminade’s Class 5 Boys State Semifinal blowout victory over SLUH.  The 5-star wing scored 28 points to snatch the record from the Washington Wizards guard.

Beal told WizMag, “If anybody is more deserving of it it’s him. He works tremendously hard and it’s amazing to see how well he’s grown and before you know it he will be in the NBA one day.”
