Baltimore Playoff Outlook

It looks like the WCAC Conference wasnt the only one heating up this week. Things have come down to the wire in the Baltimore area. In a city where only the strong survive let's take a closer look at the playoff picture in Baltimore.

MIAA Conference- Earlier this week St. Frances ousted Archbishop Spalding. That win leads them to playing John Carroll (24-6) tonight at 7pm. St. Frances (19-7) has had issues with John Carroll the last few years. Senior Daquan Cook and company look to make a change to that this year. If they can pull it off they play the winner of  Glenelg/ Mt. St. Joes (23-5) on Sunday afternoon.

Baltimore City - Last night Aquille Carr got his first dunk of the season as Patterson dismantled Carver 62-33. Patterson (15-6) and will face Dunbar on Tuesday for the division I city championship. Expect this game to be a fight as Patterson looks to make it back to Cole Field House this year and finish what he started last season. Mind you Dunbar has been a force to reckon with, standing firm with a 15-3 record.
